She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Viola Joyce Walker and Sheldon Ezra Phelps; her husband Kent Toponce; her daughters, Tiffany, Kristen and Michelle; and her grandchildren, Landen, Carter, Ellie, Garret, Kate, Talya, Piper and Bentley.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the 5th Ward (350 W 5100 S, Washington Terrace, UT 84405). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park (4500 S Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403).
