He is survived by: his girlfriend Johnnie Frederiksen; his son Durk; his daughter-in-law Andrea Heywood; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Julie; his grandchildren, Kenzie Heywood, Bryson Hendricks (Kaitlin), Trevor Hendricks, Jaren McCubbin, Kaeden Posell and Jesse Posell; and his great grandchildren, Kashton and Remi Hendricks.
