He is survived by: his daughters, Bambi Ormond of Ogden and MaryAnn Koch of Ogden; his daughter-in-law Becky Larson of Phoenix, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Dawn, Liz (Peter), Noel (Brad), Clint (Ilham), Carly (Dave), Riley and Kyle; his sister Diane Murphy (Dave) of Lake Havasu; and his sister-in-law Margene Johnson of Roy. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
