In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frank leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Mueller; and his stepfather James Tilton James Jr. "Jay". He is survived by: his mother Sylvia James; his sisters, Rose Brown (Charles), Jeanette Wright (Kenneth) and Tammy Dodd (Lonnie); his daughter Hope Stephenson (Shane); and his grandchildren, Max, Carlie, Josh and Jared. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, great Nieces and Nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Genesis (3525 Riverdale Rd, Ogden, UT 84405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
