He was predeceased by: his parents, Trygve Hoel and Karin Hoel; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Penny Hoel; his children, Heather Fenus (Chris), Aaron Laroque, Robyn Laroque and Erika Hoel (Augustine Bresee); his grandchildren, Carlee, Kaden, Kody and Jaxton; his great grandchildren, Alice, Max and Lily; and his sister Helga Swanson (Alan). He is also survived by cousins in Norway; and many extended family members and friends.
