She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Lewis and Marie Sebold; and her siblings, Carol Pitcher, Rita Sibbett and Evan Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Caldwell and Guy Caldwell; her sister Mary Lewis Yorgensen; her grandchildren, Jordan Miller, Chase Boan, Savannah Boan, Courtney Caldwell and Melanie Wrath; her stepbrother Fred Sebold; her nieces, Rita Powers and Penny Hess; and her nephew Trent Sorensen. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
