She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray C. Bushnell and Vera Gill Bushnell; her husband Donald Lee Moulding; her son Michael R Moulding; her siblings, Leo, Norman, Clyde and Nondas Hales; and her great grandchild Makenzie Moulding.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Moulding (Ellen) of Hooper, Leslie (Charlene) of Oregon, Lynn (Mary), Randy of Tremonton, Cheryl Thomas (Wayne) of Ogden, Sherrie Peterson (Blake) of Plain City and Sharon Fowers (Bart) of Grandview; and her sister-in-law Shirley Allen (Dean) of Pleasant View.
