He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gene Biggers and Verna Biggers; his wife Jennie; his children, Jesse (Trina), Jacob (Carl), Landon (Lacy) and Olivia (Sharayah); and his brothers, Corey (Jeanne) and Brian Brett (Trudie). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the LDS Church (1401 Country Hills Dr, Ogden, UT 84403). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
