He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Smith III, Darlene Watson (Jensen), Kevin Smith, Sarah Weisenburger and Steven Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Aaron's Mortuary (496 24th St, Ogden, UT 84401).
