He is survived by: his wife Leisa; his daughters, Suzanne (Brett Myrup) and Angela; his grandchildren, Cierra and Alex (Myrup); his daughter Krystal; and his siblings, Joe (Pam), Paul (Elaine), Cathie (Gary) and LauraLee (Mike).
