With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Elizabeth Barrow (Ogden, Utah), born in Jefferson City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Webb and Mary Ann Webb (Funk); her husband Paul Barrow; and her sisters, Dixie Fowles and Ruby Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Reed Barrow (CO), Scot Barrow (Carrie) of ID and Paula Moffitt (Mark) of UT; her sister Bonnie Harper; her siblings-in-law, Nelda Carlos, Blaine Barrow (Launa) and Dean Barrow (Ann); and also, Danny Brown (Barbara), Wayne Morris (CC), Angie Erwin, Shelly Madsen and Jessica Clark. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
