She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Smith; her husband John Hager; her sister Colette Day; and her grandmother Ruby Warren. She is survived by: her father Boyd Halverson; her children, Kory Martin (Amee) and Krystal Foster; her grandchildren, Colton, Abby and Konnor Martin; her children, Harley Foster-Jacobson (Chris) and Tre Singleton (Lexie); her stepgranddaughter Darcie Williams (Derron); her great grandchildren, Sofia, Leona, Izaik and Isabelle; her stepfather Gordan Jensen; her stepbrother Clark Jensen; and her half-sisters, Amy and Lisa.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leavitt's Mortuary & Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403).
