He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Wendell "Dutch" Woolstenhulme and Arla Maxine Clark Woolstenhulme; his wife Julie Hacking; his daughter Lindi; his grandmother Alta; and his siblings, Jackie Blazzard (John), Kendell "Tiny" Woolstenhulme (Shauna) and Wendell "Shorty" Woolstenhulme. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Intermountain Medical Center (formerly known as the L.D.S. Hospital) Newborn Intensive Care Unit in Tim's memory would be very appreciated.
