He is survived by: his children, Dal (Andrea), Heidi Macey (Rex), Gretchen Hale and Derek (Rana); his sister Rachel Cunningham; and his sister-in-law Kathy Poulton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren.
