He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval S Marchant and Dorothy Marie Wardell Marchant; and his siblings, Douglas Marchant and Connie Marchant. He is survived by: his wife Dixie R Marchant; his children, Troy Marchant (Michelle), Cindy Keyes (Steven), Jackie Anderson (Paul), Chuck Marchant (Kristy), Clint Marchant (Katie) and Deana Crump (Jared); and his brothers, Brent Marchant, Jody Marchant (Barbara) and Phillip Marchant (Valerie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Peoa LDS Church (1224 W State Rd 32, Oakley, UT 84055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Marion Cemetery (832 E 2700 N, Kamas, UT 84036).
