It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Richard Howell of Oak City, Utah, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Henry Howell and Opel Ann Chamberlain; his brother Clint Howell; and his sister-in-law Mary Howell. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Howell; his children, Mary Welker (Adam), Thomas Howell (Cindy), Joseph Howell (Cheryl), Nathan Howell (Kristen) and Jared Howell; his siblings, Stan Howell, Jerry Howell (Ann) and Margo Adams (Johnny); and his sister-in-law Joy Howell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
