Richard Lyman Finlinson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2019, at the age of 90, Richard Lyman Finlinson (Oak City, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Finlinson and Lydia Lyman Finlinson; his wife LaVon; his daughter Karen Savage; his siblings, Maidie Arnold, Grant Lyman Finlinson, Virginia Moody, Clara Atkin, Leo Lyman Finlinson, Isobel Williams and Julia Bliss; and his great grandchild Keven John Stratton III.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Finlinson (Laurel), Diane Miller (Tom) of Mesa, AZ, Mark Finlinson (Kimi), Allen Finlinson (Breta) of Orem, UT, Gary Finlinson (Aelly) of Mesa, AZ and David Finlinson (Thelma) of South Jordan, UT. He is also survived by his children considered him as "command central." Richard will forever be remembered by his daily journal writing for well over 40 years, 2-dollar bills in birthday and holiday cards to grandkids.
