He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Lewis and Sheryl Hunsaker Lewis (Snow); his siblings, Meryl Dixon, John Virgil Lewis and Tamara Miller; and his grandson Mitchell Kyle Kueffner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon and Chad; his children, Jeffrey Lee (Susan), Clinton Kyle and Shaela Lewis Knighton; his grandchildren, Kaela Jordan Lewis Johnson (Jeremy), Jeffrey Kipp Lewis (Lauren), Jerek Lee Lewis, Jade Lewis Heath (Drake), Tyler Kyle Lewis (Kenzie), Devon J Kueffner (Bailey), Leah Fay Knigthon and Kolby Rex Knighton; his great grandchildren, Jack Steven Johnson, Harlie Sue Johnson, Jace Ryan Johnson, Elizabeth Patricia Lewis, Adelynn Rose Lewis, Teigan Lynn Lewis and Theo Arden Kyle Lewis; and his mother-in-law Linda Christensen.
