She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Panek and Mary Panek (Lees); her friend Floyd Bowren; and her siblings, Howard, Joe Panek, Marie Smith (Panek), Bonnie Perkins (Panek) and Mary Hartle (Panek).
She is survived by: her children, Brent Bowren (Tricia), Lenore Murr (Lance), Natalie Bowren and Angelina Ballaine (Greg); and her siblings, Eddy Panek, David Panek (Tammy), Claude Panek and Claudia Curtis (Panek). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
