He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack, Reed, Mont and Norma; his parents, Elmer Bennett and Elna Bennett; and his wife Margaret Oberg.

He is survived by: his children, Jack (Melissa), Randall Bennett (Randy) and Kristy Bangerter (Troy); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Katelyn and Cole.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Dr. Margaret O. Bennett Scholarship Fund at Weber State University Development Office, 4016 University Circle, Ogden, UT 84408.
