He was predeceased by: his grandparents, LeRoy, Charlotte Worthen, Rand and Anna Willie. He is survived by: his mother Karen Rhonda Willie Worthen; his wife Taralyn Wright; his sons, Caden T., Cole S., Jarrett O., Jackson L. and Kamden J.; his father Wesley Worthen (Katie); his sister Shonnie Sessions (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Jake, Mialee and Kendyl; his sister Bailee Cevering (Justin); his in-laws, Scott and MariAnn Wright; his sibling-in-law Whitney Gines (Wade); his nieces and nephews, Emery, Penny and Russell; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Bickle (Jesse) and Zach Wright (Linley); and also Kayson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary (2140 N Washington Rd Blvd, North Ogden, UT 84414). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Ben Lomond Cemetery (526 E 2850 N, North Ogden, UT 84414).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations for the boys be made at any American First Credit Union Account under Tyler Worthen's (Taralyn Worthen) name.
