He is survived by: his father Roger Dale; his siblings, Shaundee Vogeler (David), Devin Gardner (Shauna Norcross), Lindsay Gardner, Dirk Gardner (Trudy) and Tyson Gardner; his sister-in-law Cherie; and his grandfather Douglas Olson.
