He is survived by: his close friend Collette Card; his family Church; his wife Collette; his foster son Jeffrey Tim (Jacqueline Kim) of Honolulu, HI; his children, James Reed (Angela Howells) of Pleasant View, UT, Jonathan Wayne (Priscilla Packard) of Vidor, TX, Jennifer Lynne (Kevin Norris) of Farr West, UT, Sarah Janna (Jared Ingalsbe) of Plain City, UT, Jared Thomas Healy of Pleasant View, UT, Sheryl Peters of Shiprock, NM and Jack Benally of Shiprock, NM.; his sister Marcia Denham of Littleton, CO.; and his friend Mike Bartils. He is also survived by grandchildren and 11 adorable great grandchildren.
