With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Shinney of North Ogden, Utah, who passed away on May 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kimball Montgomery and Thelma Davis Hall; her husband Richard Shinney; her siblings, Vern Montgomery, Patty Ellen Vining, Ruth Bown and Byron Montgomery; and her son David Shinney.

She is survived by: her children, Sue Ellen Dunn, Lynn Shinney (Ann), Doug Shinney (Marla) and Ann Hoffman (Karl); and her brother Richard Montgomery. She is also survived by four children; and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
