He is survived by: his wife Janna Evans; his sons, Ryan Evans (Julie), Max Evans, Trevor Evans and Chris Evans; and his grandchildren, Kabril Evans, Kyven Evans, Raegan Phillips, Cord Phillips, Jadyn Evans and Taylor Phillips.
