He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Ole and Geneve B. Simons McQuivey; his sister Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Lorrin Larsen, Dorene and Maurine (Mary Jane Horton McQuivey).
He is survived by: his sons, Brian McQuivey (Susan) of Pleasant View and Steve McQuivey of St. George, Utah; his grandchildren, Craig, Erin and Christin McQuivey; and his brothers, Lee of Orem, Raul (Karen) of Oakton and Jack of Orem, Utah..
