He was predeceased by: his father Myron Keith. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Faye Cook (Newsom); his wife Nancy Cook (Britland); his children, Brendan Douglas Cook, Amanda Beth Redford (Cook) and Rebecca Lee Cook; his grandchildren, Kolten Redford, McKenna Redford, Aiden Wolverton, Gavin Cook, Gage Cook and Grayson Cook; his sister Danette Vance (Steve); and his niece Mikayla.
