She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Simmons and Nellie Simmons; her brother Clarence Simmons; and her nephew Dana Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter Meredith Leatham (Stephen) of Plain City; her brother James Simmons (Jim) of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Stephen Leatham Jr. (Trina), Jayme Cutler (Jeromy) and Lindsey Carnahan (Ben); her great grandchildren, Sidney, Avery, Ashdyn, Bode, Cash, Max, Ella, Lincoln and Lyla; her nieces and nephews, Deb Strickland (Linsey), Anita John (Jeffrey), Doug Simmons (Rebecca) and Eric Simmons (Debora); and her sister-in-law Virginia Simmons (Gena).
