He is survived by: his uncle Jonathan Blake Hall; his parents, Kenneth T. Hall and Colleen F. Hall; his sisters, Melissa Fredrickson (Jeff) of South Ogden, Sarah Hall, Harrisville Orr, Oona Orr (John) and Walnut Creek; his grandmother Elfonda Weller of Ogden; his nieces and nephews, Tucker, Addison, Cooper and Hudson; and also, Heavenly and Harrisville. He is also survived by son, brother, grandson.
