He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray Tillotson Marley and Alice Baker; his brother Loren (Naoma); and his son-in-law John Chugg. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon and Bill; and his daughters, Pam Taylor (Jeff), Laura Coffey (Steve), Deena Blanch (Brad) and Beth Chugg (John).
