He is survived by: his wife Shirley Earnest; his children, Fred Earnest (Wendy), Shyrl Richards (Dave) and Chris Earnest; his grandchildren, Stayner Richards (Rebecca), Trevor Richards (Jessa), Heather Gerber (Kyle), Braden Richards (Cassie), Sydney Richards, Jensen Richards and Katelyn Earnest; and his siblings, Phyllis Thomas and Don Earnest (Carmen). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
