He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cowan Shirra and Gertrude Orth; his children, Edith Faye and Michael Graham Shirra (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Blake Miskin, Brandon Miskin, Garrett Cole and Tiffiny Shirra.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Faye Fowler; his brother Cameron Shirra (LaRayne); and his children, Diane Miskin (Bob), Bradley Shirra (Susan), Vanessa Longfellow (David) and Julia Cole (Jeffrey). He is also survived by His children and grandchildren.
