He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Vernon (Joan Louise Barker Thompson) and Brent; his wife Carole Ann Heninger; his sisters, Pearl Jarvis and Kaye Manning; and his grandson Matthew Brent Dandoy.
He is survived by: his brother Donald Thompson; his children, Carolyn Dandoy, Linda Wallace (Bryan), David Thompson (Laurie), Steven Thompson, Alan Thompson (Michele) and Curtis Thompson (Kathy); and his caregiver Sia Makaafi.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary (2140 N Washington Rd Blvd, North Ogden, UT 84414). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ben Lomond Cemetery (526 E 2850 N, North Ogden, UT 84414).
