He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Gudmundsen Mckee; his stepfather Dean McKee; and his grandparents, Helen Gudmundson, Arthur D. Gudmundson, Josephine Kapp and Christian Kapp.
He is survived by: his father Gary Kapp; his husband Bill Wiggins; his sisters, Kim Shepherd (Brad), Kelly Grover and Kristi Holley (Chad); his children, Brandon Payton and Alisha Moats (Brian); his grandchildren, Adelynn and Blake Moats; and also Gary Kapp (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
