He is survived by: his wife Cathy Leilani Sorensen; his children, Bradley Wayne Clark, Thomas Joseph Clark and Christopher Jordan Sorensen; and his siblings, Rodney Clark and Wilma Cook. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
