He is survived by: his wife Pauline Francis; and his children, Billye Sue White (Jim), Russ Francis (Wendy), Larry Francis, Tabitha Garner (Wes), Britney Fischer and Keli Shumway (Chase). He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
