She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Jorgensen Sr. and Helen Sidonna Kramer Jorgensen; her siblings, Daniel Jorgensen Jr., Kathryn Louise Felt and Rose Marie Ulginer; and her daughter Kimberly Iyone Matthews.

She is survived by: her spouse Karl Marcus Snelson. She is also survived by her husband, three children, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
