He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Spackman and Mary Cottle Spackman. He is survived by: his son Casey Spackman (Shantelle); and his siblings, Kristina Ping Kepperling (Robert) and Valene Ping Butler (Blake). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and then his own family.
