He is survived by: his former wife Suzanne Soule; his son Kirt James (KJ); his parents, L. Brent Hoggan and LaConna Hoggan; his son KJ Hoggan (Aubrie); his grandson Kason Louis Hoggan; and his siblings, Robinette Jensen (Bill), Brad Hoggan (Dacei), Paul Hoggan (Kari), Christina Folsom (Gary) and Julie Nelson (Stacy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Great thought and consideration has gone into how to pay respects to Kirt given the current pandemic climate. Our family has personally experienced the impact of COVID-19 and believe it to have come from a large gathering.
