She was predeceased by: her grandfather Norman Jeremy; and also, Uncle Jeremy and Eric. She is survived by: her parents, Patrick and Carrie (Jason); her siblings, Joshua, Dustin, Dylan and Heather; and her grandparents, John (Cheryl), Dora and Margaret (Lester).
