He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Herr and Martha P. Behling; his parents-in-law, Lydia and Gabor Kish; his siblings, Elinor Herr, Harley Herr (Eileen) and Beverly LeBarre; and his son-in-law Bob Bayn.
He is survived by: his wife Marie V. Kish; his children, Kathleen Bayn and David Herr (Cheri); his grandchildren, Bill (Laura), Jenny (Scott), John, Garrett and Martin; his great grandchildren, Tyler (Kara), KayLee, Andrew, Lily and Evan; and his brother-in-law Gabor Kish (late Marilyn).
