She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Palmer and Elizabeth Palmer; her brother Dennis; her husband Neil E. Bills, Sr.; her grandson Jeffrey Bills; and her daughter-in-law Tina Bills.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald and Dorothy; her sister Nina Swanson (Frank); and her children, Neil, Brad (Sandie), Reggie and Nina. She is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
