He was predeceased by: his brother Lee. He is survived by: his mother Laura; his wife Laura; his children, Audrey, Daniel and Rachel; his grandchildren, Kylie, Lexee, Riley and Tanner; and his great grandchild Jasmine.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Allen Mortuary of North Logan (420 E 1800 N, North Logan, UT 84341). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Smithfield City Cemetery (300 E Center St, Smithfield, UT 84335).
