She was predeceased by: her parents, Guelda Norene Webb and Julius "Jule" Carl Albretsen; her husband Dale Eugene Fullmer; and her siblings, Karma Rae, Bruce and Gloria.

She is survived by: her siblings, Margene, Peggy and Steven; and her children, Teresa Dopp (Randy), Kurt (Mindy), Mark (Carla) and Troy (Lisa). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
