She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Taylor Hislop and Jenny Olive Wall; her husband Hyrum Jay Nelson; and her daughter Carol Jean. She is survived by: her children, Jaylene Andersen (James) of Wellsville, Roger Nelson (Kathy) of Nibley, Craig Nelson (Marva Jo) of Murray, Mary Ann Nielsen (Shawn) of Rexburg and Curtis Nelson (Suzie) of Bluffdale. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, fifty-four great grandchildren.
