He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Jackson; his wife Kristi; and his daughter Hilary. He is survived by: his children, Betsie (Brian), Jensen, Mycalah (Matthew), Knighton and Frederick Hurst (Tanya). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.
