With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Jay Blotter of Newton, Utah, who passed away on February 27, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blotter and Cora Blotter of Newton; and his siblings, Jeanette Robinson and Larry Blotter. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Blotter; his children, Rachelle Moser (Tracy), Jennifer Roberts (Justin), Jason Blotter (Misty) and Adam Blotter (Trina); and his sister Linda Felt (Richard). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
