He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Benson and Dale Benson; and his brother Shane. He is survived by: his children, Dillan Benson, Lexi Rohwer (James) and Abby Ferguson (Gaje); his grandchildren, Ila, Walter and Theron; and his siblings, Lee Benson (Kathy), Jeff Benson (Charlene) and Sally Snow (Clayton).
