She was predeceased by: her siblings, Clella Merkley, Sybil Merkley Bohn, Glindon and Junior Merkley. She is survived by: her children, Eddie (Janice Probst) of Sandy, UT, Randy (Sharon Wilson) of Lindon, UT and Sheryl Jones (late Daniel) of Centerville, UT; and her siblings, Veda Merkley Parkin of Nephi, UT, Phoebe Jane Hall of Vernal, UT and George D. Merkley of Vernal, UT.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
She resided in her home in the Orem 13th Ward and provided for herself for many years as a secretary at Barbizon until she retired from BYU Foundation.
