He was predeceased by: his wife Dona Dean Simons McPherson; his son Wayne LeRoy McPherson; his parents, Seth LeRoy McPherson and Coquella Memmott; his siblings, Margaret, Colleen, Florence, Edith and Seth; and his half-siblings, Mary Ann, Ethel and Mark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
